The event is organized by ATB Financial and the World Professional Chuckwagon Association (WPCA) to support local families in need. Attendees and community members are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to fill the wagon. All donations go to local food banks, such as the Lord's Food Bank.

Raises money for the Outriders Benevolent Fund and local community charities. WPCA outriders and volunteers clean vehicles, often with support from DDR Steam and Pressure Washing. Usually held in mid-August at the ATB Financial parking lot in Rocky Mountain House, often from 11 am – 2 pm. Generally, $20 per wash, sometimes including pop, water, or chips.

Features performances from various country music artists. Known for its high-energy, "honky-tonk" atmosphere, offering a place for fans and drivers to gather. Often offers free admission with event tickets, though some nights may require a small cover charge.

Non-profit organization providing 24/7 emergency shelter, safe accommodation, and supports for women, children, and individuals escaping domestic violence. They provide services like counseling, housing support, and community education to foster safety and empowerment.
